SoFi: My Favorite Neighborhood

I moved to Miami over a decade ago after falling in love with the sophisticated blend of city and beach life. I want to make sure you move to a part of Miami that you’ll fall in love with, too. One of my favorites is South of Fifth, or SoFi. It’s one of the first places you’ll want to explore for a posh, ultra-luxury property.

Why Choose SoFi

SoFi stretches from Fifth Street to the southern edge of South Pointe Park. It encompasses the five most southern blocks of South Beach in a triangular shape, framed on all sides by crystal clear waters and stretches of gleaming white sand. It is a peaceful sanctuary, close to the best of South Beach but removed from the hustle and bustle.

This trendy, waterfront neighborhood is home to some of Miami’s most stunning condominiums. As well as providing its residents with beautiful housing, it’s where you and the whole family will enjoy South Pointe Park, a 17-acre waterfront park that features direct access to the beach, a kids area, dog park, art installations, and paths for walking and running.

When you are out and about, you’ll discover highly-rated restaurants, galleries, bars, and hot hangouts. Walking around, you find a melting pot of tourists and locals. It’s less hotel-driven, more personal.
