Pagani Residences: Revving Up Luxury

Developed by Riviera Horizons, Pagani Residences redefines luxury in North Bay Village. This 28-story masterpiece, designed by Revuelta Architecture with interiors by Pagani Arte, blends Italian elegance with Miami’s energy. Offering 360-degree waterfront views, exclusive amenities include a waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and entertainment spaces. With just four units per floor, the residences emphasize privacy, while penthouses feature private pools and expansive outdoor areas.

With its prime location, growing demand for waterfront properties, and the influx of luxury developments, North Bay Village is positioned to become one of Miami’s most prestigious and modern communities.

Palm Tree Club: Miami’s Coolest New Spot

The Palm Tree Club, a collaboration between The Palm Tree Crew and Continuum Company, is set to revitalize North Bay Village with a dynamic blend of innovation and entertainment. Located on the iconic waterfront site that once housed popular landmarks, this development will feature a boutique hotel, a waterfront restaurant, and a marina offering dine-and-dock services. With a strong focus on live music and curated experiences, the Palm Tree Club is poised to become a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors, redefining the area’s social and cultural appeal.

Palm Tree Crew co-founder Myles Shear expressed enthusiasm for debuting their first restaurant and hotel in North Bay Village, a location that aligns with the brand’s vibrant and creative ethos. The Palm Tree Club aims to go beyond offering dining and accommodations, creating a destination that reflects the energy, innovation, and entertainment synonymous with the Palm Tree Crew.
