Teaming up with JDS Development Groups, the iconic brand introduces Mercedes-Benz Places, a prestigious 67-story mixed-use development in the vibrant Brickell neighborhood.
Spanning over 2.5 million square feet, Mercedes-Benz Places will boast 791 exclusive residences, ranging from sleek studio apartments starting at $550,000 USD to lavish three-bedroom units priced at up to $4 million USD. Additionally, the development will feature 200,000 square feet of premium office space, state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities, a 174-key luxury hotel, upscale retail outlets, and convenient on-site parking.
Designed by Field Operations, renowned for their work on the Highline, the architectural marvel of Mercedes-Benz Places integrates the brand’s signature aesthetic, characterized by its cube-like structure and commitment to “sensual purity” design principles. Notably, the development prioritizes green spaces, aiming to establish the largest green area within the neighborhood.
Construction is already underway, with completion slated for 2027, offering prospective residents an unparalleled lifestyle experience.
