March 27, 2025According to PROFILEmiami, construction is advancing quickly at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami—an iconic development set to become the city’s first supertall tower. Once completed, it will rise 100 stories and reach 1,049 feet, making it the tallest residential building south of New York City. So far, 19 floors have been poured, with crews now working on the pool level and preparing for the amenity level. The installation of the tower’s first glass cube facade is also underway, showcasing its signature stacked-cube design.
Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, the project will feature 387 private residences and 205 hotel rooms, all offering panoramic views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Its standout architecture—nine spiraling glass cubes—is the work of Sieger Suarez Architects and Carlos Ott.
The hotel will occupy the first three cubes and include highlights like Peacock Alley, a specialty restaurant, event spaces, a pool deck with private cabanas, a wellness spa, and a fitness center. Residents will enjoy private amenities such as an exclusive lounge, a hospitality suite, a children’s club, and smart-home features with concierge services available through a mobile app.
With its striking design and five-star service, Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is attracting strong interest from luxury buyers and international investors alike. As demand for high-end real estate in Miami continues to rise, this landmark tower is set to become a symbol of elevated urban living and a premier address in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
